Chuck's Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

  • 1 lg Flour tortilla
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 / cup sharp cheddar cheese -
  • Shredded
  • 1 / cup jack cheese - shredded
  • 1/4 c Red bell pepper - sliced thin
  • 1/2 c Iceberg lettuce
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Sour cream
  • Jalapenos

Instructions

    Directions: Scramble the eggs to desired doneness and warm the tortilla.

  2. 2

    Layer burrito with ingredients and roll.

  3. 3

    Garnish with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and jalapenos.
