- 1 lg Flour tortilla
- 3 Eggs
- 1 / cup sharp cheddar cheese -
- Shredded
- 1 / cup jack cheese - shredded
- 1/4 c Red bell pepper - sliced thin
- 1/2 c Iceberg lettuce
- Salsa
- Guacamole
- Sour cream
- Jalapenos
Instructions

Directions: Scramble the eggs to desired doneness and warm the tortilla.

Layer burrito with ingredients and roll.

Garnish with salsa, guacamole, sour cream and jalapenos.
