Marinated Greek Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 c Cauliflowerets
  • 2 c Broccoli pieces
  • 1 c Sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3/4 c Pitted black olives
  • 3/4 c Salad olives
  • 12 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Bottle (8 oz) Italian salad dressing
  • 4 oz Feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except cheese.

    Cover and refridgerate overnight, stirring occasionally.

  3. 3

    Just before serving gently stir in feta cheese.
