  • shallot2 large
  • garlic2 cloves
  • coconut oil0.5 tablespoon
  • salt1 pinch
  • pepper1 pinch
  • pepper flakes1 pinch
  • almonds2 tablespoons

Instructions

    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat.

    Add shallots and cook 3 4 minutes to soften.

    Add bok choy, leaving leafy pieces aside.

  4. 4

    Cook another 3 4 minutes until crisp tender.

  5. 5

    Add remaining ingredients except almonds.

  6. 6

    Top with almonds.
