Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • old fashion oat⅓ cup
  • cocoa powder2 teaspoon
  • nut butter2 tablespoon
  • frozen banana1 ½
  • milk⅔ cup

Instructions

    Add the oats, nut butter, banana, milk, and cocoa powder to a blender.

    Blend for 30 seconds.

    Scrape down the sides with a spoon or spatula, if needed, and blend for another 30 seconds.

    Pour into a mason jar or tumbler.

  5. 5

    Garnish with banana slices and additional oats, if desired.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
