One-Pot Chicken Spinach Bacon Alfredo

Ingredients

  • bacon6 strip
  • boneless, skinless, chicken breasts2
  • spinach5 ounce
  • garlic4 clove
  • kosher salt2 teaspoon
  • freshly ground black pepper1 teaspoon
  • whole milk1 ¼ liter
  • dried penne pasta1 pound
  • grated parmesan cheese1 cup

Instructions

    Cook the bacon in a large pot over medium-high heat until crispy.

    Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink, then remove the chicken from the pan.

    Add the spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper and cook until the spinach has wilted.

    Return the chicken to the pot, add the milk, and stir.
