- boneless, skinless chicken breasts2

Instructions

Season the chicken with the salt and pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken and stir-fry until no longer pink on the outside, about 4 minutes.

Add the garlic and continue cooking until the chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes more.

Add the asparagus, lemon zest, and lemon juice and toss to combine.
