  • baking powder2 teaspoon
  • sour cream1 lb
  • blueberry7 oz

Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.

    Gradually add sugar.

    While beating slowly pour in oil.

    Add vanilla.

    Combine the dry ingredients.

    Add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream to the egg mixture.

    Gently add blueberries.

  8. 8

    Spoon into the greased muffin tin or paper liners Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes.
