  • bell peppers4
  • pepper1 tsp
  • tomato sauce8 oz
  • canned tomatoes8 oz
  • parsley2 tbsp
  • eggs2
  • garlic1 tbsp
  • ground beef0.5 lb
  • ground turkey0.5 lb
  • onion1
  • parmesan cheese0.25 cup
  • rice0.5 cup
  • sugar1 tbsp
  • tomato soup8 oz
  • worcestershire sauce1 tbsp

Instructions

    Cook rice then knead it together with remaining filling ingredients.

    Cut tops off peppers and fill each one.

  3. 3

    Place in your slow cooker or a large stove-top pot.

  4. 4

    Mix together sauce ingredients.

  5. 5

    Top each stuffed pepper with sauce and pour remaining sauce all around the stuffed peppers.

    Cook on medium/low for about an hour.

  7. 7

    Top with grated parmesan cheese and a little parsley for looks and serve warm.
