Ingredients

  • quaker rolled oat1½ oz
  • fresh pasteurized milk7 tbsp
  • natural yogurt1¾ oz
  • banana½
  • vanilla extract¾ teaspoon
  • pecan½ oz

Instructions

    Add all of the ingredients except for the banana and pecans in a clean mason jar.

    Stir everything together.

    Add the banana and pecans.

  4. 4

    Put a lid on the mason jar and refrigerate overnight 40°F (≤ 5°C).
