  • unsalted butter1 tablespoon
  • fried egg1
  • bacon3 slice
  • thinly sliced scallions1 tablespoon

Instructions

    In a small pot, bring 2 cups (480 ml) of water to a boil.

    Add the ramen seasoning packet and a tablespoon of butter.

  3. 3

    Stir until the butter melts and then add the ramen noodles and cook until tender, 2 minutes.

    Pour the ramen into a bowl.

  5. 5

    Top the ramen with the fried egg, bacon, and scallions and season with salt and pepper.
