Ingredients
- Rice1 cup
- Chicken Stock2 cups
- Tomato Sauce1 cup
- Olive Oil1/4 cup
- Ground Allspice1/4 tsp
- Cinnamon1/2 tsp
- Onion1 chopped
- Raisins1/2 cup
- Dill1/2 cup
- Pine Nuts1/2 cup
- LemonJuice of 1
- SaltTo taste
- PepperTo taste
Instructions

Wash rice in cold water until water runs clear. Sauté onions in olive oil until tender. Add spices and stir until fragrant. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a gentle boil, then simmer for 30 minutes until all stock is absorbed and rice is tender. Serve as a side dish or filling for dolmas.
