- Queso Fresco3 Cups
- Mozzarella1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder1 tsp
- Salt1/4 tsp
- Eggs2
- Milk4 tablespoons
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400° F.

Mix the masarepa and cheese in a food processor.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Divide into 8 equal-size portions and shape into a ball.

Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden.

Serve warm.
