Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • quaker rolled oat½ cup
  • fresh pasteurized milk7 tbsp
  • natural yogurt2 ounce
  • blueberry¾ cup
  • nutmeg½ teaspoon

Instructions

    Add all of the ingredients except for the blueberries in a clean mason jar.

    Stir everything together.

  3. 3

    Add the blueberries, whole.

  4. 4

    Put a lid on the mason jar and refrigerate overnight 40°F (5°C).

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
