Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C).

Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

Cut the bread into 1-inch (2 ½ cm) cubes.

Chop the peeled apples into bite-size pieces.

In a large bowl, toss together the bread cubes, apples, sugar, and cornstarch.
