Ingredients

  • maple syrup¼ cup
  • egg1
  • vanilla extract1 teaspoon
  • whole wheat flour1 cup
  • ground cinnamon1 teaspoon
  • baking soda½ teaspoon
  • salt1 pinch
  • old-fashioned oat1 cup
  • raisin1 cup
  • unsweetened applesauce¼ cup
  • avocado½
  • banana½
  • olive oil¼ cup

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Mix unsweetened applesauce (or mashed avocado, mashed banana, olive oil), maple syrup, egg, and vanilla extract.

    Add in flour, cinnamon, and salt.

    Fold in old-fashioned rolled oats and raisins until mixed.

    Scoop mix onto a oil sprayed baking tray.
